Amisia Erdehn is a young Alternian troll living in Outglut during the time period of Hiveswap and Hiveswap Friendsim. Amisia was first revealed during the Hiveswap Troll Call event alongside Charun Krojib on December 20, 2017. Her bullet points were "money can't buy talent but it does buy very expensive lessons", "cutting off heads is harder than you'd think", and "makes her own paint". Amisia then appeared alongside Cirava Hermod in Hiveswap Friendship Simulator: Volume Two. Her bullet points altered as from December 6, 2018 to "Art-blocked for the past five sweeps", "Makes all her own paints" and "Now auditioning muses".
Her sign is Sagira, sign of the Tenable, which has a Prospit sway and is bound to the Mind aspect.
Concept and creation[]
Early on, Amisia was simply codenamed "Art Enthusiast".
Etymology[]
Amisia could be a trollification of "Amnesia" meaning she may have issues with memory, connecting to her affiliation with the Mind aspect. It is also the Latin name of the river Ems, a river in northwestern Germany. It can be a shortening of Artemisia Gentileshi, who painted "Judith Slaying Holofernes" which shows her beheading him. Erdehn could be from the German word for earth (ground), "Erden". Her name also contains an anagram for "Headsman", likely a reference to her association with beheading.
Biography[]
In Hiveswap Act 2 Amisia appears in the indigo car of the train. After Joey and Xefros impress Galekh with literature Amisia says that they must show her a piece of art that impresses her to let them pass. They get a sculpture from Remele that satisfies her.
Xefros asks her if she is taking slaves, and she responds with a no, but she'll "keep in touch" with them.
Relationships[]
Chahut Maenad[]
Chahut implies in the purple car that she and Amisia are friends.
Galekh Xigisi[]
Galekh and Amisia seem to be on good terms, though she teases him a bit.
