Angels are recurring entities throughout MS Paint Adventures.
In Problem Sleuth[]
Courtesan Angels are feminine creatures summoned at the behest of the Demimonde Goddess; through principles of uncertainty regarding the existence of angels in a vacuum, they can sometimes split into angel/antiangel pairs.
In Homestuck[]
Angels, possibly including the cherub race named for an order of Biblical angels, factor into much of Homestuck's mythology.
In Alternian folklore, angels are described in fearsome terms, as “terriible mythiical [demons] / wiith the2e awful feathery wiing2”; apparently “paradox 2pace u2e2 them two u2her iin the end.” This negative perception of angels and their purpose may derive from the major role of cherub Lord English in Alternian history, who has been called “THE ANGEL OF DOUBLE DEATH”[1].
The first angels to appear in the flesh are residents of Eridan Ampora's Land of Wrath and Angels and symbols of the angel-winged Hope aspect, who prophecized a “lord of all angels”[2] that Eridan would need to defeat. Though Eridan assumed this prophecy referred to the arrival of the winged Jack Noir, Cronus Ampora's angels foretold “an extraordinarily evil magician”[3], indicating that the Lord may have been Lord English himself. In any case, Eridan spent most of his time in Sburb killing off his planet's angels in preparation for the Lord's arrival, though all evidence indicated this was not the intended purpose of the creatures: they were able to absorb “at least a minute of sustained fire from only the most legendary weapon evver” before dying, and “DIDN'T EVEN DROP ANY GRIST”[4]. Doc Scratch does, however, imply that Eridan's exposure to the angels' prophecies is how he “learned to destroy hope with their light” through his wand, in a similar way to Rose Lalonde's connection to magic through the horrorterrors.
After both Eridan and Cronus' failure to defeat the lord of angels, the role passed on to the Page of Hope, Jake English. When Aranea Serket "healed" the Page, angels were among the creatures manifested by his explosive hope field. Presumably, Jake's involvement in the defeat of Caliborn before the sealing of his soul within Lil Cal served as a fulfillment of the prophecy.

- Eridan's claims the angels were difficult to kill in part thanks to their being “FAST and ANGRY as shit”, and his comments regarding “wwhite fury bled from the wwrath-wweary eyes of fifty thousand nonfictional angels [who] wwhen theyre finished wweepin [...] wwill boww before their prince”
, may reference the famously difficult to defeat Weeping Angels of the Doctor Who franchise, who are so fast that they can appear near-instantaneously in the time it takes to blink.
