The Black Belfry is a fan-requested location used to hold the Weasel Wraith. Its location is unknown in the Problem Sleuth universe, but it appears to be out in the world somewhere. It contains the Weasel Wraith, who flips the fuck out in front of our heroes and doesn't do much of anything.
