Headed For Stardom

Gamzee Makara hosts the First Annual Juggalicious Talent Carnival, in which Eridan's head is “PLAYA 5”, "performing" a "bullshit magic show" which does not impress the judge. When Tavros Nitram wins, Eridan and the rest of the contestants are delegated to the "FucKin LoSeRs" table.

Critical Miss

Eridan and Vriska Serket face off in a Flarp battle. While Vriska rolls characteristically well, Eridan rolls poorly, even rolling a "critical wh8le" which summons a whale to criticize him throughout the rest of the comic.

Eridan accuses Vriska of cheating, while Vriska accuses Eridan of being a sore loser. Vriska depands that he hand over all his spoils and "slaves," three lowbloods (one rustblood, one bronzeblood, and one goldblood) Eridan talked into pretending to be slaves. He laments having to do that again once Vriska feeds these ones to her lusus.

Eridan offers to trade the lowbloods for a hatesnog. Vriska rejects this and attacks him in retaliation, leaving his ship wrecked and Eridan alone with the critical whale.

Hospitality

Gamzee goes through the wrong gate and interrupts Eridan hunting angels on the Land of Wrath and Angels. Eridan kills an angel that attacks them and then complains about Gamzee being the one to visit, rather than someone Eridan finds attractive. Gamzee asks why Eridan talks about romance all the time and Eridan attempts to explain. Afterwards, Gamzee offers Eridan a slice of sopor pie before Eridan leads him back to a gate that goes to Eridan's hive. He kicks Gamzee through the gate as Gamzee extends an offer to reach out to him via Trollian. Eridan then complains about Gamzee not trying harder to stay around.

Secret Sufferer

Eridan partakes in the Secret Sufferer gift exchange. Initially, Karkat Vantas mistakenly gifts him back his own gift, a sparkly cape identical to his own and a coupon for one free smooch. He wraps the cape around a mirror and enjoys a romantic date with it.

Spritecon

Eridan appears as Erisolsprite. Erisolsprite reads the convention program, with Calsprite hovering over his shoulder.

Relation Shipping

Eridan flirts with Feferi Peixes in a flush and unrequited manner.

Summerteen Romance

Eridan thinks he is too high-class to be at Camp Sgrub and is shown taking a bottom bunk when entering the cabin. While playing on the beach, Feferi and Kanaya Maryam bury him in the sand and he responds skeptically when they talk about someone dying last summer. Dave "Slider" compliments Eridan's gills. At night, Eridan cries and stays in the cabin after Vriska and Feferi say they don't want him to join them in doing drugs in the woods. He catches Dave and "Jeromy" stealing Lil' Cal from Bro. However, he is easily swayed to their side. Off screen, Eridan recovers a secret treasure from the bottom of the lake for them before being abandoned and re-joining Camp Sgrub. He attempts and fails to redeem himself after kicking the timebomb into a giant sand castle that Gamzee made.

Volume 10, Route 1: Fight Me, Fuckboy

While strolling the same beach on which they encountered Vriska Serket, the player encounters Eridan seemingly in the middle of brooding. Upon noticing the player, he asks if they are the “alien friendslut wwho evveryone keeps talking about”. The player confirms this. Eridan then introduces himself, then bemoans that he sucks, that his moirail and kismesis both dumped him and that no one wants to be his friend. He then attempts to have the player pay for the “melodramatic ampora wwallowwin”. The player cannot, as they don't have any money, and Eridan suggests that they pay him some other way- by hanging out with him, of course. The player is then presented with seven options. Selecting "You're NOT SURE where to go, what do you think, Eridan?" leads back to the choice screen as Eridan expresses that he wants to go wherever the player wants to go.

"Stolen art museum", "Stay at this beach", "Teleport to Earth", "Head to the Anime Store" and "Find a graveyard" all lead to the same outcome: Eridan calling the whole thing off as the player “[can't] anticipate [his] needs”. leading to a game over.

"Watch a movie" leads to Eridan agreeing enthusiastically, as he already has two tickets for a little later that night. He calls his airship to his and the player's location so that they can travel to the movie. Eridan then takes the player to the ship's dressing room, which contains several dresses. The player asks if they can try one on, which Eridan refuses, as they're his. He then talks about how “genders a more or less fake as hell mess” and “the concept that gender is a strict binary isnt just archaic its just flat out wwrong”. He then goes on a brief tangent about the hemospectrum, which the player interrupts by vomiting, then asking why he isn't more outspoken about his opinions on gender. Eridan explains that too many people hate him, and that if he openly supported such things people would use that as an excuse to hate them more.

Eridan calls Sollux Captor to ask invasive questions, prompting Sollux to fly over to the airship and fight Eridan. Eridan is at first pleased about this, as he sees it as a date. However, once the fight actually begins he seems to quickly realize that it's a purely platonic smackdown. After an exchange of blows, Sollux tenetically throws a mall at Eridan, and the player is presented with the choice to help Eridan or get off the ship. Choosing to help Eridan has the player teleport in, before Eridan accidentally shoots their arm off while propelling himself away. The mall then lands on the player, crushing them to death and leading to a game over. Getting off of the ship has the player instead teleport away, winding up some distance from the airship's crash site. Upon approaching, the player sees Sollux, and asks if he and Eridan are alright. Sollux reassures them that both of them are fine, before he leaves and the player reunites with Eridan. Eridan reflects on the situation and wonders what the player thinks of him. They tell him that he's “an absolutely hopeless moron who's achieved their station in life through no work of their own and placed all of their stock into social lies”, and explain that “believing in this society has only ever hurt him”, but tells him that he can be better in future. Eridan thanks the player for sticking by him, and together they watch Shrek 2, achieving the good ending.

Volume 11

Eridan appears in the player's dream, insisting on passing a pie to Jade Harley. Sollux tells him to “2tep off”, and the conflict escalates to a full on fight before Gamzee Makara interrupts and the player wakes up.

From the reader's point of view, Eridan's story in The Homestuck Epilogues picks up from where his Canon biography ended.

Eridan and Feferi Peixes' ghosts arrive on Earth C to be redeemed by Gamzee Makara, who has them apologize to each other, sprinkles milk upon them, and forces them to kiss by “grab[bing] the two trolls by a horn each and mash[ing] their faces together.” Eridan is “extremely into” this, but Feferi “not so much.”

• In the Epilogues Eridan's text is rendered in a color closer to fuchsia than his own blood color, different to but nearly indistinguishable from the color Feferi's text.
