HATCHED2DANCE (abbreviated as H2D)^{[citation needed]} is a popular boy band on Alternia during the time of Joey Claire's visit.

Each member of the group has a blood color around the middle of the hemospectrum. According to Tirona Kasund, they've been “pr33-approve33d for cushy military positions wh33n th33y hit nin33 sw3333ps so that the33y can contin33 th33ir music car3333rs whil33 s33rving the 33mpir33”.^{[citation needed]}

• Vestri is the olive blooded member of the group. Tegiri describes him as having a diminutive stature, impish demeanor, icy manner, tender inner core, and “grub-/ike yet seductive features that be/ie a maturity beyond his sweeps”. He is the one member that Tegiri likes and finds attractive.^{[citation needed]}
• Actias is a male jade blood and rapper. He wears strange furry shoes and is Tirona's "bias", or favorite.^{[citation needed]} He knows Lanque Bombyx in some way, who says he has the fashion taste of a dumpster fire and is a complete dumbass.^{[citation needed]} There is a rumor that he may be culled after dissing Trizza Tethis' selfies on Chittr.^{[citation needed]}
• Tiagon is the teal blooded member of the group. He is somewhat controversial among other members of the teal caste because he does not follow the assigned role of becoming a legislacerator.^{[citation needed]} Tegiri once challenged him to a duel but he never responded.^{[citation needed]}
• Kimani is the blue blooded member of H2D and is a singer, which Tegiri says that he is very good at; according to Tegiri, he is also sexually promiscuous.^{[citation needed]}
• Onhors is the indigo blooded member of the group. Tegiri Kalbur claims that he has good pecs and nothing else, being bad at dancing and having only basic singing abilities, though other trolls vehemently protest this.^{[citation needed]}

Etymology

The name HATCHED2DANCE references the phrase "born to dance", which has been the name of musicals, reality TV series and films.

Vestri is the name of a dwarf from Norse myth, representing the western point on a compass. Actias is a genus of moths, in fitting with the associations between moths and the jade caste.

Tiagon may derive from Portuguese name Tiago, equivalent to Jacob or James; it is also phonetically consistent with the names of other teal bloods like Tegiri and Tagora. Kimani is a surname of Kenyan origin, from the Kukiyu people meaning 'sailor' or 'adventurer'.^{[citation needed]} Onhors may be a phonetic or scrambled spelling of the word honors; it might also be read as on horse, alluding to the equine interests of the indigo caste.
