The files reveal the Insane Clown posse are the result of the Condesce's cloning project, with Violent J as a mixture of Oliver Hardy and Jesse James' DNA and Shaggy 2 Dope as a mixture of Adolf Hitler and Stan Laurel's DNA. They were originally created during initial cloning tests in pre-scratch 1964. Post-scratch, the two clones are perfected around 1972, and Violent J orders the death of Charlie Chaplin in 1977. The two form the Insane Clown Posse in 1989, and get elected as dual-presidents in 2024. Eventually the two are killed by Dave.
