The Land of Dew and Glass (LODAG) is Feferi Peixes' planet in the Medium.
Concept and creation[]
- “Maybe putting the fish troll inside a big fishbowl was a little on the nose.”
- — Commentary for Homestuck: Book 4.
The planet's glass serves to keep Feferi's hive underwater while allowing the rest of the planet to have an open-air design. The surrounding green dewy fields of grass and vine-shaped glass sculptures might hint at the symbol and nature of the Life aspect, while keeping the environment suitably moist for a sea dweller.
Geography[]
Feferi's hive is situated within a gigantic fish bowl just below the first gate; the rest of the planet is covered in tall, dew drop-covered grass, decorated with organically-shaped glass ornaments in various colors. The sky itself is patterned with a nautical shell-like pattern seemingly derived from glass artist Dale Chihuly's 'Blue Chandelier'.
Habitation[]
Nothing is known of what the Land of Dew and Glass' consorts, denizen or underlings may have looked like.
History[]
Presumably, at some point "prior" to Feferi's arrival, the planet's denizen was prompted by Agents of Derse to start creating an army of underlings.[1]
Feferi quickly left her planet after she arrived in order to save Sollux Captor, who had been killed by her lusus' Vast Glub. LODAG was destroyed with the other eleven planets when Jack Noir rampaged through the troll session.

He then went about befouling our land with all this sludge, clogging up all our beautiful Pipes, and now it can barely breathe. He was sort of a huge dick. Once he tuckered himself out with all that I guess he decided to take a nap. / The terrible guys? They are a bunch of mean fellows who like to push people around. They are called Agents.”
