Mizzlebip is a character introduced in Chapter 6 of Psycholonials.
Biography[]
Mizzlebip's prior life is never shown in the story. Off-screen, Mizzlebip joined the Jubilite movement and quickly rose up the ranks to Ring 3 during its beginning. After Joculine's death, she quickly became one of Z's most trusted right-hand clowns.
Chapter 6: The Practice of Delegation[]
Mizzlebip is shown outside Abby's house as Abby talks to Ring 3 for the first time. She holds a smile, not uttering a word while Joculine and Abby talk.
Chapter 7: It Never Even Stood a Chance[]
Mizzlebip walks out of Z's limo during her debriefing, and closely follows her from behind while Joculine talks to Z. After Z shoots Joculine, Mizzlebip expresses a silent affection for Z.
Chapter 8: Grinch Heart[]
Mizzlebip is now Z's new right hand, described by Z as "loyal and quiet", earning Z's trust. Mizzlebip is also shown here to be a decent helicopter pilot, figuring it out in just a week after a new shipment of Apaches arrived. Mizzlebip helps Z lay out her plans. As Abby and Z argue, Mizzlebip is disturbed by Abby's yelling.

When the power goes out and gunfire begins pouring through the windows, Mizzlebip tries to protect Z, but is pushed away. During the insurrection, Mizzlebip pilots an attack helicopter and showers the battlefield with missles. After it dies down, Mizzlebip gives Z what seems to be a CIA ID card. Mizzlebip helps Z rescue some equipment, and offered Z her phone's backup battery to create a quick communication setup, and later flies Z by helicopter to a stadium and streams Z's speech via satellite.
Chapter 9: A Sword And A Crown[]
Mizzlebip, appointed new Supreme Honkifex
Mizzlebip receives Z's belt and revolvers from Abby, and is appointed as the new Supreme Honkifex. She is surprised, and receives all of Z's login info. Z and Mizzlebip salute each other. After Z and Abby run away, Mizzlebip walks away with the revolver wearing a 😈-ish grin.
Later at Fiji, Z finds out the CIA ID card Mizzlebip handed her was in fact forged, as the photo was a stock image of a cop. Z suspects Mizzlebip roped a lot of Jubilites into the mutiny, and framed them as agents, as Z helped gun them all down, and that Mizzlebip may have known about some sort of actual CIA plot and opportunistically manipulated the situation. Z also learns Mizzlebip may have been assassinated.

- Mizzlebip is very likely Earth's final godhead successor to Riotus.
- Mizzlebip only speaks in twitter/discord emojis.
- During the credits, all the Supreme Honkifex successors have a right-hand clown that looks similar in stature to Mizzlebip. The right-hand clown seems distressed every time a Supreme Honkifex dies. Due to a lot of the right-hand clowns sharing their gender, stature, various other physical features, and name patterns with Mizzlebip, it is very likely that they are all Mizzlebip in various disguises. This is further reinforced by the fact that the final godhead successor takes strongly after Mizzlebip in both name and form.
