Shouldn't the program of interest still be Sburb? Trollian would be the equivalent of Pesterchum, and I have seen no evidence to suggest that Trollian should be compared to Sburb, except that it is new to Karkat/CG, as Sburb was new to John. Eurynome752 03:59, June 15, 2010 (UTC)

Should we make a page about rejected names? I think there's enough details about them to merit an entire page, such as similarities and the methods of rejection. Blygarde 05:00, June 27, 2010 (UTC)

Page purposeEdit

Currently this page simply lists a comparison between John and Karkat. Aside from the fact that neither can really be designated as 'main' character, it seems like a pointless table, and the page isn't that good. I'm a little at a loss, however how to improve it. I'm going to try now, but I think I may need some help! Alienatedduck 17:12, July 1, 2010 (UTC)

I've turned it into a list of similarties between Hivebent and Homestuck instead of comparing John and Karkat. I feel more can be said this way. Alienatedduck 17:27, July 1, 2010 (UTC)

This page doesn't seem necessaryEdit

I feel like it should probably just redirect to Act 5 Act 1. I've heard that section of the comic referred to as "Hivebent" a lot, and honestly the comparison aspect of this page is pretty weak. Sporkaganza (talk) 08:40, November 11, 2012 (UTC)

Troll Horoscopes Edit

Not sure where else to put this, so I'm asking it here because the subject is only mentioned at all on this particular page of the Wikia:

Has anyone maybe considered the fact that the trolls having forty-eight implied astrological signs may be a direct reference to the forty-eight original constellations described by the Greek astronomer Ptolemy? Of course, this may involve complicated speculation about the Cancer sign's existence, but then again, they might have had forty-seven signs before its creation or something. —Preceding unsigned comment added by (talkcontribs)

I'm pretty sure the trolls' own symbols don't count as astrological signs for their own species. Aepokk Venset 23:23, December 30, 2012 (UTC)
That may very well be true. Still, I think it's an interesting parallel with the numbers -- we all know how important those are -- even if those things aren't at all linked. —Preceding unsigned comment added by (talkcontribs)

Revisiting this for 2020 - We might want to reorganize this into something useful, if we're against turning it into a redirect page. I guess in that sense, a good approach would be merging Troll teams into this page? Truthfully that's not the most apparent page to look for, so the info might be better served here. Other pages could probably merge here too but I can't immediately think of any. Aepokk ulpex 18:36, February 12, 2020 (UTC)
