The Devil resides in Hell and performs several functions, including prodding the damned with his fork, and updating his Sulphuric Tablature with notes on the proceedings of the world above.
Similar to Death's similarity to Pickle Inspector and Problem Sleuth's similarity to the Demimonde Goddess, The Devil has an uncanny resemblance to a red Ace Dick with goat legs.
Somehow The Devil's fork also serves as an innocuous double for some interesting literature. He loves to prod visitors with it, particularly men without hats.
